Instructions for Online Submission

Sept 1: Input your Registration number for Bachelor, Master and PhD to find your grace details.
Setp 2: Complete the online form submitting your Name (in devanagri using Preeti font), Gender, Address, Email and Mobile number
Setp 3: Upload your MRP photo (Above 300KB to 1MB)
Step 4: Upload your front page scan copy of the Transcript. (PDF and Image files (JPG, JPEG) are only supported)
Step 5: Submit the information, you will be redirected to eSewa for Convocation Fee Payment.
Step 6: You can use any eSewa Account to pay Fee Online.
Step 6: Print the payment confirmation page or save the Transaction ID.

Digital Photo, Transcript in digital format
Biographical information
Name in Preeti font
Email and mobile number

Photo requires to be on clear white background like above picture. Facing straight towards to camara. Visible both ears & cap not allowed. Photo quality must be greater than 300KB to 1MB.
